High Risk 🔴
Strong indicators suggest the candidate might decline due to competing offers or mismatched expectations.
Normal Risk 🟡

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is the goal of Pulse Check?
The goal of Pulse Check service is to gauge
  • Candidate's overall interest in your opportunity
  • Any deal breakers or strong points they see
  • Likelihood to join given a suitable offer is made and understand what that offer would be
What kind of recommendations will I receive?
Pulse Check will provide categories as High Risk, Normal Risk, or Low Risk, each with specific explanations and suggestions.
If your pulse check said "High risk", should we not make the offer?
You may make the offer to take a chance with the candidate. However, we would suggest to keep a back up option.
What happens if your pulse check said "Low risk" but candidate still declines our offer?
Each "Low risk" assessment will normally come with certain conditions on your offer.
If your offer met those conditions, but a candidate still declined it, we will not recommend that candidate to any of our customers for next 4 years.
Will you disclose confidential information to us or to the candidate?
No confidential info is shared. Our goal is not to make one party win over the expense of other.
We we will not disclose any information that makes your negotiation position weaker. For e.g. if your salary budget is higher or if you liked a candidate great deal.
Similarly, we will not share confidential information that the candidate has trusted us with. For e.g. if they have only one offer, they are willing to accept a much lower offer, etc.
